Her background in forensic bookkeeping and property operations gives her a strong understanding of organized records, transparent invoicing, contract details, and the level of follow-through required to keep projects moving properly.

Thomas Oldenborg brings a practical field-based and business operations background to Oldenborg Contracting Group. With decades of hands-on business experience, Thomas understands how work gets performed in the field, how vendors operate, and how to evaluate project needs from both an operational and financial perspective. His background allows him to support scope review, subcontractor coordination, field feasibility, service planning, and practical execution.

At Oldenborg Contracting Group, Thomas serves as the operations lead, helping align client needs with qualified service providers, realistic timelines, and efficient project delivery. His combined experience in field operations, commercial real estate, finance, and contractor coordination supports the company’s ability to manage practical service solutions with clear communication and accountability.
